The content and data generated by Hyu! are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this Service. In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 17 years old to create an account. Users under 17 must have the Service operated by a parent or legal guardian under a "Family Member" profile.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Certain features (e.g., booking medical appointments) require a verified account. By submitting your "Foto Verifikasi" (liveness photo) and NIK (National Identity Number), you represent that the information is true and belongs to you. Fraudulent identity submission may lead to immediate account termination and legal action.

The Service utilizes a role-based access control system:

Abuse of role privileges (e.g., clinic staff accessing unauthorized patient data) is strictly prohibited and will result in revocation of access.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information.

4.2 Health Connect and Wearables

Hyu! interacts with Android Health Connect. You control which data Hyu! can read or write. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by third-party sensors or the health platform itself.

5. Appointments, Payments, and BPJS

5.1 Appointment Booking

Appointments booked through Hyu! are subject to the availability and confirmation of the respective Healthcare Provider (Clinic/Doctor). We do not guarantee that every booking will be fulfilled at the exact scheduled time.

5.2 BPJS Kesehatan Integration

For users using BPJS bridging, you must ensure your insurance status is active. Hyu! acts only as a technical bridge and is not responsible for the rejection of insurance claims or verification failures at the clinic level.

5.3 Payments

If any fees are charged through the app (e.g., consultation fees), they are processed through secure payment gateways. Refund policies are determined by the specific clinic or service provider unless otherwise stated by Hyu!.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CMH Group. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CMH Group and its employees, contractors, and directors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) resulting from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemic, network failures, or government regulations.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be settled primarily through amicable negotiations. If a settlement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surabaya, Indonesia.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede any prior agreements.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
